### Spicy Salmon Stir-Fry (Letter: S)
Ingredients (serves 2):
- Salmon (200g)
- Spinach (100g)
- Shallots
- Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
- Soy sauce (3 tbsp)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Sugar (1 tsp)
Instructions:
1. Slice salmon and shallots.
2. Heat sesame oil in pan; stir-fry shallots and salmon until cooked.
3. Add spinach, soy sauce, salt, sugar; cook 2 mins. Serve hot.
