Ingredients: Pasta, Pesto, Peas, Parmesan, Pine nuts, Pepper.
Method: Cook pasta until al dente; add peas in last 2 min. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water. Return pasta+peas to pot, stir in pesto and reserved water to loosen. Top with grated Parmesan, toasted pine nuts and cracked pepper. Serve.
